This is pretty brilliant location, in the middle of the Amsterdam <em>Woods</em> that were created as an employment meassure during the crisis years in the thirties. In summer, you'll find open air theater here and it is generally a very relaxed place. The campsite is open from April to October and you can get there from the center with busses 170,171 and 172 or take tramline 5 or 51 and walk a bit. There is no nightbus connection, but walking or taking a taxi from Station Zuid is an option.
