And it´s cheap: four days, all included should be no more than 100 dollars.

And if you want to do something in town, you can always circle around the plaza again and again, like the locals do for entertainment.

There is a verry large tourist population in this town, but you can easily avoid the herd by not going to the city´s self-proclaimed 'First and Best' hotel/hostel.
