Thus if you are staying there a few nights, it is easily possible to get to Chamonix and do the cable cars to Italy one day and the next to have a peaceful though immensely beautiful walk.
The Fer-à-Cheval [horseshoe] part of the name is based on the very end of the road where it comes p against mountains arranged in a horseshoe shape with spectacular waterfalls when the snow is melting above,
