Khajjiar is a saucer shaped small area. A dense forest of Devdar trees surrounds the town with a small lake in the centre. There is a temple dedicated to Khajjinag believed to be built in the 12th century. You can see some life-sized wooden images of the Five Pandavas in the temple.

If time permits, try & stay here for atleast a couple of days- you surely won't regret doing so!!!
